Our Landlord services are tailored to meet your particular needs and we will adapt to suit individual requirements as long as it does not mean compromising our quality of service or professional standards.

We provide a whole range of professional services to our Landlords from just preparing a Tenancy Agreement or Reference Checking potential tenants, through to an excellent Find Tenant Only service to Full Management. We listen to individual needs to make sure we find the right tenant for the right property. We provide a professional and comprehensive management service, personalised to take account of each landlord’s particular circumstances and requirements.

We charge appropriate yet competitive fees which are outlined below.

All our fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Our fees and most expenses in connection with the letting of your property can be offset against income tax (subject to personal circumstances).
Our commission rate is negotiable if two or more properties are to be managed.
Energy Performance Certificates can be provided by reputable inspectors from as little as £70 (inc VAT)
