We charge appropriate yet competitive fees which are outlined below.
All our fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Our fees and most expenses in connection with the letting of your property can be offset against income tax (subject to personal circumstances).
Our commission rate is negotiable if two or more properties are to be managed.
Energy Performance Certificates can be provided by reputable inspectors from as little as £70 (inc VAT)
A monthly rent of £995.00 would bring a monthly income of £851.72
(fees £119.40 and VAT £23.88)
A monthly rent of £750.00 would bring a monthly income of £642.00
(fees £90.00 and VAT £18.00)
A monthly rent of £550.00 would bring a monthly income of £470.80
(fees £66.00 and VAT £13.20)
