We take a lot of pride in ensuring we match the right people with appropriate properties so as a prospective tenant you will be welcome to discuss your particular requirements.
We will show you details of each of the properties we hold that might suit you and take you to view those you select as possibilities.
Go to our Properties page for simple details and some pictures of the homes we currently have available - please remember we let properties relatively quickly so you should contact us directly for an update!
Our fees are very reasonable compared to most other local agents and you will always be treated like a valued customer in our office. Our most valued tenants pay rent promptly, look after their homes well, communicate effectively with us and make good neighbours! What more could we ask?
The Department for Communities and Local Government have produced a ‘How to Rent’ leaflet giving advice to all tenants. You can download a copy here.
