Our most valued tenants pay rent promptly, look after their homes well, communicate effectively with us and make good neighbours! That's all we ask.
1) EXPRESS AND INTEREST IN A PROPERTY BY COMPLETING AN INITIAL APPLICATION FORM
2) WE GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU TO ARRANGE A VIEWING.
3) IF YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR THE PROPERTY, ONCE YOU HAVE VIEWED IT, YOUR DETAILS ARE PRESENTED TO THE LANDLORD.
4) IF THE LANDLORD ACCEPTS YOUR APPLICATION WE ASK YOU TO PAY A HOLDING DEPOSIT
We will ask for a Holding Deposit equal to no more than the weekly rental value for the property. A Holding Deposit agreement will be signed.
5) WE INVITE YOU TO COMPLETE THE FULL APPLICATION ONLINE WITH VOUCH
This can be done in paper form if technology isn’t your thing. Once the application is complete your reference checking will then start. 7) SIGN THE TENANCY AGREEMENT
The Tenancy Agreement is signed on the day you move in. Your Holding Deposit is transferred to your rent account and the remaining balance of the first month’s rent is paid. The Rent is to be paid by cash or card on the first day of your tenancy.
*Applicants will be asked to secure a guarantor if they are in receipt of government benefits, have any adverse credit, outstanding debts (including rent arrears), CCJ’s or Bankruptcy.
